Kayele Spencer is the Administrative and Communications Manager at The Wright Group NY, where she plays a key role in aligning communications and administrative strategies with the firm’s advocacy efforts. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology from SUNY Oswego, Kayele’s background in organizational behavior and human dynamics enriches her approach to stakeholder engagement and internal operations.

During her time at SUNY Oswego, she held leadership roles in student organizations focused on social causes such as women’s empowerment and domestic violence awareness. This experience deepened her understanding of advocacy and strategic communication, laying the foundation for her professional career. Prior to joining The Wright Group, she worked in the nonprofit sector, managing alumni engagement programs and honing her skills in strategic planning and program development.

At TWG, Kayele works closely with the Chief of Staff & Director of Strategy to orchestrate high-profile client engagement events such as the 'A Seat at the Table' and 'TWG Presents' series, while also leading the design of promotional materials and driving the firm's social media strategy to amplify its impact. Outside of work, she enjoys entrepreneurship, travel, hiking, movies, and concerts.
